Calibration

Calibration of our instruments is typically carried out by our manufacturing partners.

Configuration

In general, our instruments are supplied configured to the customer's requirements. If a change is required at a later date, for example the addition of a new sensor, we can assist the customer remotely with the new configuration or carry it out directly in our laboratory.

We install and commission our systems

A short free training course is provided on delivery of a system.

We develop customised systems to meet the specific needs of our customers.

Repairs and maintenance

If an instrument needs to be returned to our laboratory for maintenance or possible repair, please complete the RMA - Return Material Authorisation form. RMA - Return Material Authorisation

Software

On request, we can develop software for our sensors to meet specific requirements.
